#6 INCLASS CRIT

This is my idea:

·      Still motion Animation. I would make a video of tons of images zoomed on the mouth as the mouth speaks and talks and reads a story out loud. I will copy the video 4 times. Each different copy will have an audio track of me reading the same story. However, each video’s audio will be me reading the story with different emphasis, voices and intonation. The point is to express the difference between voice and body language.

COMMENTS, IDEAS, TIPS, GENERAL THOUGHTS?

A photo filter would be good to use as a means to help express the point, add a filter such as sepia or black and white
Make the photos seem as though they are on an old 1950’s television set

I still love this idea! I think that it would be interesting to play off of US stereotypes or maybe just people with different jobs. How would a car salesman read this compared to let's say Christopher Walken? Maybe borrow some friends and listen for different tones in their voices based on where they are from? I.E. Someone from Kentucky vs someone from New Jersey.

I think this is an interesting idea. I think it would also be cool to possibly change the voices so that it is your friends reading them when it is copied or to digitally change your own voice to emphasize the idea of different people and their voices. Maybe even take videos of multiple people reading the story to show the difference of everyone's body language also. I like the idea of making them like an old TV set image. I love old photographs.
